1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and he77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the he77 online casino and sports betting platform available at https://he77.vip. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2Eligibility and Registration

To register and use he77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. he77 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Each player may hold only one account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of he77 or any of its affiliated game providers.

3Account Management

Each player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. he77 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your login details. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it regularly. Do not share your password with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify he77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not access the platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means.

he77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these account management obligations, and to retain any funds held in such an account pending investigation.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

he77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Approved deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal is ৳300.
• he77 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own applicable charges.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. he77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited must be used for wagering. Players may not deposit funds solely for the purpose of transferring money or obtaining promotional benefits without genuine play.
• he77 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Transactions that are flagged as suspicious may be held pending investigation, and relevant information may be disclosed to authorities as required by law.

5Bonuses and Promotions

he77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• he77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice.

6Prohibited Conduct

Players using he77 must not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, notification to relevant legal authorities:

• Fraud, including misrepresentation of identity, providing false documentation, or attempting to deceive he77 or any of its representatives.
• Money laundering, or using he77 as a channel to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the platform.

7Intellectual Property

All content available on the he77 platform — including but not limited to the he77 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of he77 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following acts are strictly prohibited without prior written consent:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, displaying, performing, or modifying any content from the he77 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Using the he77 brand name, logo, or any related trademark in any commercial context or in a manner that could mislead users or damage the reputation of he77.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the he77 platform software or game engines.
• Creating derivative works based on he77 content, design, or software without prior written permission.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, he77 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the he77 platform, even if he77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. he77's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The he77 platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. he77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. he77 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the platform, or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice.

9Responsible Gaming

he77 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The following responsible gaming features and policies are in effect for all accounts:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once a deposit limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Players may apply a self-exclusion to their account for a period of their choosing, ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, he77 will take reasonable steps to prevent the player from accessing the platform and will not send promotional communications to the player.
• Players who feel that their gambling behaviour may be causing harm are strongly encouraged to contact he77 support immediately, or to make use of the self-exclusion feature without delay. he77 will treat all such requests with urgency and without judgement.

10Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising between you and he77 in connection with your use of the platform shall first be referred to he77's customer support team for resolution. he77 aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, he77 will engage in good-faith negotiation with the affected player. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.

11Privacy and Data Protection

he77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of he77's Privacy Policy. Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction records, communications with support, and usage data generated through your interaction with the platform.

he77 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the period required by applicable law and our internal compliance obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. 12Amendments and Severability

he77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at he77.vip/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms.
